Rikard has worked within the H&M group for 17 years and has been focused mostly on Business controlling, Merchandising/Planning & Supply chain, Retail Operations and finally a more holistic approach to creating an outstanding customer experience. With the customer at the core of his career, he has been working to offer an inspiring and interactive customer experience.
