Zappar Remains an Independent Company

In October last year, it was reported that Infinite Reality had acquired Zappar. Since then, further articles and posts have emerged referencing the acquisition as having completed.

So we thought it would be helpful to set the record straight, as this is not the case. Zappar remains a fully independent company at this time.
